Booking & Appointments
Appointments are confirmed upon receipt of our confirmation email. Please arrive on time for drop-off services. For mobile services, ensure a safe, accessible parking area with access to water and electricity if required.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand plans change. Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may require a deposit for future bookings.
Service & Pricing
All prices listed on our website are starting prices and may vary based on vehicle size, condition, and special requests. Final pricing is confirmed at booking. A mobile convenience fee may apply for at-home services.
Damage & Liability
Buff Heads Auto Detailing is fully insured and takes every precaution to protect your vehicle. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, loose trim, or manufacturer defects that may be revealed or affected during the detailing process.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with your service, contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, credit cards, and other payment methods as communicated during booking.
